FAITH OKORIE
MOTHER MCAULEY HIGH SCHOOL (IL)

2022 6’0 F Faith Okorie is poised to make a huge impact this summer and keep the momentum rolling from a successful sophomore season. Okorie transferred to Mother McAuley High School (IL) and will spend her final two years at one of the states best programs. She brings a skill set and level of toughness that should help the Mighty Macs be tough to beat. Offensively, she can be a force in the paint with her ability to score around the basket. Her size and strength makes it hard for opposing teams to slow her down. Okorie does well sealing off defenders in the post and she finishes through contact. Another plus in her offensive game is her nice touch from the midrange, which allows her to make an impact in multiple areas on the floor. She also has a decent face up game from the mid post area. An underrated part of her game is the way she runs the floor in transition. This allows her to get easy points and higher percentage shots. On the defensive end, Faith does a great job walling off offensive players and altering shots. She can be a force on the glass and is usually the games leading rebounder. Okorie communicates with teammates throughout the game and takes pride in being vocal. She’s one of the top sophomores in the state who’s stock is rising each year. #@Faithhoopss #@UP
