2021 5’6 PG Taya Davis is a quick Guard with great on the ball defense. Taya has a good handle and does a good job of finding open teammates. Taya also showed the ability to get to the rim and played well in transition.
2021 G Brynn Tabeling showed her true point guard skills and high IQ during the showcase. She pushed the ball fast up the court and made plays for her team. She handled the ball very well and showed the ability to drive the ball both ways. Her unselfishness is a skill that she displayed and it showed throughout the showcase. She also knocked down the three showing her ability to stretch the floor. Defensively, she pressured the ball making her opponent work to get up the court.
2021 G Faith Davis is a long athletic wing that has the ability to knock down the open shot. Faith can defend multiple positions on the court and has the ability to handle the ball very well. Faith understands her role on the floor and that makes her a threat for any matchup.
2021 5”11 G/F Mckaylee Allen is a long and athletic wing that has the ability to create her own shot, as well as get to the bucket when she wants to. With Mckaylee’s length, she’s able to cause problems for guards of all sizes on both ends of the floor.
2021 G Tara Gugliuzza was one of the better shooters at the showcase. She knocked down shots from all spots on the floor. She also moved really well without the ball and made the right play whenever the ball was in her hands. With her high IQ, she was able to be in the right spot defensively and was able to rebound and push the ball up the court to start fast breaks.
2021 5’6 SG Kyleigh Block can flat out shoot the ball. Kyleigh also showed that she more than a shooter as she continuously attacked the basket in traffic. She also showed a few glimpses of the ability to create her own shot
2021 6”1 PF Quincenia Jackson is dominate around the basket. Quincenia has an extremely high motor, great rebounder and is a very strong finisher near the basket. Quincenia, with her strong frame, showed that she has a very strong fundamental back to the basket game.
2021 F Annaliese Griffin did it all on offense and defense. She handled the ball for her team, showing the ability to make plays for others. She also scored the ball on the block, as well as stretching the floor and hitting the three. She showed her leadership skills by being very vocal and using her high motor to make plays. She rebounded the ball well and was able to start fast breaks with her ball handling skills.
2021 F Claudia Gallegos showed so much upside. Claudia was very consistent with her mid range jumper. Loved how Claudia is not afraid to take the big shot. Claudia has the ability to alter shots with her long wingspan. Claudia is going to be a special player because she has a really good work ethic. We watched her play hard and go game speed in every drill during the showcase.
2021 F Grace Hall is going to be a problem. Grace is a long athletic forward that has even more potential to get better. Grace can guard every position on the court, as well as play every position on the court. She is a tough shot blocker that can play around the rim or knock down the open shot. Grace showed some flashes of being able to knock down the three. Grace needs to focus on her overall conditioning. H
2021 6’3 F Jaylnn Alexander is an extremely athletic big who runs the floor like a Guard. Jaylnn has the ability to knockdown mid range shots and finished well at the rim. Showed a soft touch from the Free Throw line also. Defensively she stayed active and changed shots with her length.
